According to the Commercial Code, legal entity will need a contact person in Estonia if the management board is located abroad.
Nomad Business Solutions is a licensed company service provider and we have the right to offer contact person services for our clients.
The responsibility of our contact person is to forward any documents received by the Business Register or from partners to your business address. Documents delivered by paper will be forwarded digitally unless requested otherwise.
Contact person cannot act behalf of your company and do not have any other rights.
Service is valid for 1 year. The service is activated on the date service is bought, unless otherwise agreed.
